The Common App for transfer recommender system lets you complete and submit forms for all students who have invited you as a recommender. Each recommender role has a different type of form to complete, except for Advisors, who do not submit forms.
If you know that you have done everything correctly, but still find something missing, call the school in question and wait for them to confirm that they have everything. Remember, they have thousands of pieces of information coming from different sources, and they are human and do make mistakes. For example, one college may need two teacher recommendations. Some colleges may not want any teacher recommendations.

Send your scores and transcripts with the normal delivery, but do it ASAP. A little background: colleges usually digitally download your transcripts and scores, and this is how they prefer to do it. When you ask for a rushed or overnighted document, these document processing companies print out a paper copy of your transcript or scores and snail mail it to these colleges.
