Very recommended! They are very responsive. They went out of their way to assist us in debugging an issue in a short timeframe. We were facing and issue integrating Salesforce and middle server to Gate a static site, after trying several techniques I found this plugin that works with WordPress, I did the setup but found issues while setting up the plugin, I just asked for support using the built-in form they have in the plugin's settings.
